High Cost Credit Agreement Terms & Conditions
An R&P Credit high cost credit agreement is an agreement for collected credit. Repayment will be at your home (or other location you stipulate). What it means to enter an R&P Credit moneylending agreement is detailed below.
Tell us within 10 days if you change your address (even if temporary) or change your name.
To pay the installments detailed on the agreement form you sign.
To make the repayment book available on request to complete, inspect or remove for audit.
That you have received a true copy of the agreement form you sign.
That the money lent/amount of credit is for your personal use only
If you have signed separately giving us permission to do so visit or telephone you between 9am and 9pm, and at your place of work.
Conctact your family if you request this or if you are difficult to contact, or if they answer the door/telephone when we call.
Contact your employer if you do not respond to our attempts to contact you.
Assign the agreement in writing to another person or persons.
If we decide to relax the terms of the agreement at any time decide to enforce the terms strictly again.
If two or more people are named as the customer the liability of each shall be joint and several. This means that each of you is fully and individally responsible for all the duties set out in the agreement.
Because you are obliged to tell us if you change your address, all notices and statements delivered or sent to your address as stated on the agreement form or to your present or last known address shall be deemend validly given or sent by prepaid closed mail posting and shall be deemed to have been received on the day on which which, in the ordinary course of post, such notice would have reached you.
